Decades after the Violet Sun Irradiation Event (VSIE) and the Extraterrestrial Extinction Crisis of 1977, humans with atypical mutations — known as **the Permuted** — have been recognized as equals. This paradigm shift came thanks to the incomparable heroes Invictus and the Seven Sentinels, who, even during a time of strife, hatred, and persecution, protected Earth and defeated the alien invaders to save all of humanity.
Since Invictus’ sacrifice, permuted people have integrated into society as heroes, villains, and everything in between — telling their stories on the hit sensation RealHero TV.
