EPISODE ONE ( May 5, 2022 )

The sixteen candidates meet in scenic Silver Lake Park. After learning each other’s alias and making their first impression choices, the contestants choose random cards and go on dates in beautiful locations across Arden. But will any of the couples strike up a Super♡Connection?

Your muse arrives in Arden by ferry, seated apart from the other contestants to preserve the mystery. Once ashore, a white buggy drawn by two elegant horses carries you through winding paths to Silver Lake Park. At its heart lies this season’s Heart♡Land — a grand, picturesque white mansion shimmering by the water, awaiting your arrival.

After getting your luggage settled in and having a short meal at your private trailer, you have your pre-taping with the director for interviews in front of the lake.

CONTESTANT ONE — “As they say, a joy shared is doubled but a burden shared is halved…”
CONTESTANT TWO — ”I’m a circle in this square world.”
CONTESTANT THREE — “I’d love to feel that mutually electric, romantic spark.”
CONTESTANT FOUR — ”Don’t hold on to the feeling too long and not say anything before it is too late.”
CONTESTANT FIVE — ”A part of me is hoping for one of those instant fairy tale connections.”
CONTESTANT SIX — ”I’m not here to play games with anyone’s heart.”
CONTESTANT SEVEN — ”I hope they go batty for me.”
CONTESTANT EIGHT — ”If I’m your number one, you’re my number one.”

After selecting your outfit — whether you commit to full formal wear or keep it casual — you are instructed to stand before the grand gated door. Beyond it lies the mansion’s private rose garden, along with two rows of four ornate white chairs facing the aisle, and a large rose flower arch. At the director’s signal, the gates swing open. You walk in, as cameras are rolling. You make your way towards the flower arch where a metal name tag engraved with your assigned sobriquet name hangs from the trellis. At the director’s cue, you take a seat in the farthest available chair, until all the seats are filled, and the cue for introductions begin. One-by-one, contestants are directed to rise from their chair and stand in front of the flower arch to give their personal introductions.

EPISODE TWO ( May 12, 2022 )

After the first set of random dates, half the candidates are given the chance to show their interest to their first choice. But as the “heroines” court the “heroes” with a date invite, will anyone pick someone who differs from their first impression choices? Will anyone get more than one responder?

After the thrill of the first date, your muse returns to the Heart♡Land mansion for the evening, sharing with viewers their thoughts on the match, the “hero” or “heroine” on their mind, and any lingering impressions. As night falls, the group retires to their dormitories (heroes on the lower floors, heroines above) where familiar faces spark dramatic reveals.

By morning, everyone gathers in the dining hall for breakfast. There, producers reveal that the heroines have a chance to make their desires known. The heroes, from the foyer, call out for “the sweetest rose to show its face.” From the second-floor gallery, heroines drop a special pink handkerchief to their desired hero below, inviting them to a date. After initial selections are made the heroes may choose to go on a date with those who selected them or instead opt to hand their own pocket handkerchief to another hero.

EPISODE THREE ( May 19, 2022 )

The results of the choices made in the last episode lead to heart fluttering moments and, in some cases heartache. Once the dust settles, the “heroes” are given the chance to return the favor, hoping that they can match up their favored “heroine” by feel alone. But will any of the palmers' kisses meet their mark or will more confusion fall upon Heart♡Land?

The couples drift through more dreamy dates, each encounter peeling back another layer of themselves — some hearts already tethered, others still restless. As twilight settles, a lakeside campfire dinner welcomes the contestants. Against the water, the leading players whisper conversations in secret walks beneath the trees. Night deepens, and before the cameras fade, contestants bare their emotions to the viewers, revealing which connections have them burning the brightest.

Dawn breaks and in the mansion’s hall, the heroes are seated and blindfolded, their senses isolated to touch alone. One by one, they reach out, and may hold hands with the heroines for a maximum of 10 seconds. Afterwards, heroes must pick out their top choice and may go on a date, only if they manage to pick out the heroine they seek and she agrees. Heroines have the option to not only reject date requests, but may also object and attempt to whisk away another heroine if they are correctly chosen by a hero.

EPISODE FOUR ( May 26, 2022 )

“Heroes” who accurately picked their first choice during the last challenge go on coveted Super♡Dates in some of Manhattans most luxurious restaurants. Those left behind are given the opportunity to have staycation dates, but what happens when almost half of the candidates all choose the same person?

The matching couples venture into Manhattan for their Super♡Dates, dining at Michelin-starred restaurants — including the exclusive Bouquet d’Amaris — while those left behind at Heart♡Land discover that the mansion and the woods of Arden hold their own charms.

That evening, dinner unfolds in the rose garden. Heroes sit alone at private, candlelit white-tableclothed benches, three empty seats waiting around each of them. As the heroines choose where to sit, tension rises. And when several gather around a single hero, the air thickens. Looks like there’s drama served with dessert.

Hello players and welcome to the subplot event, Super♡Hearts Cycle 18*!* This event is live starting today, and does not have an event expiration.

Participation in EPISODE ONE is mandatory for all contestants. Beyond that, participating players may choose whether to write additional episodes themselves or collaborate in the #group-plotting channel on our Discord server to establish shared headcanons for the episodes.

For muses not directly involved in Super♡Hearts, they act as “viewers,” watching the episodes as if they were broadcast live on TV. These muses can respond to and react to the Super♡Hearts “airings.”

Super♡Hearts participants will decide as a group when to move on to the next set of episodes. A poll on the Discord server will determine the end date for this subplot’s update.

💬 Participation Guidelines

For this event, players may choose how they participate: writing a self-para, starting an open or closed thread, or creating social media-style posts in our community that reference the show’s events.

Episodes can be written in any order, as long as each post includes a tag or header that clearly marks the episode’s date. Players may backdate events, as well.

EPISODE ONE — DIRECTIONS

Based on the pre-taped, anonymous questionnaire answers, please pick your muse’s first and second preferred match.
Once all selections are complete, players may reveal their pre-taped interview responses on their own blogs as is or as a self-para of their character’s POV during the taping.
MANDATORY! :** Each Super Hearts’ contestant must write a self-para describing their muse’s walk into the rose garden, and later, when everyone is seated, introducing themselves to the group. The walking order follows their pre-taped interview order. This can be as short as one paragraph. Please note to refer to your muse and other contestants by their sobriquet names.
- Other contestants may react to a muse’s Super♡Hearts introduction as if they are seeing it in-person. This can be as short as a few sentences, and can be formatted as a reblog or even a reply. Each reaction earns an additional activity point.
- Muses not participating in Super♡Hearts may also react as “viewers” of the show. This can be as short as a few sentences, and can be formatted as a reblog or even a reply. Each reaction earns an additional activity point.

OPTIONAL : After selections are made, any matching Super♡Hearts couples are allowed to go on a 1-on-1 date. Players may roll a d20 in the #events channel, under the #superhearts thread to determine the location of the resulting date.
Muses who were unable to find a match must stay in Heart♡Land but may mingle among themselves.
Players may write out these events if they wish but keep in mind it will be edited by production and broadcast nationally on TV. </aside>

EPISODE TWO — DIRECTIONS

OPTIONAL : Players with femme‑sobriquet muses may freely select any masc‑sobriquet muse as their match for the upcoming round of dates. Masc‑sobriquet muses, in turn, may either accept these choices or reject them. If they reject, they have the option to instead go on a date with another masc‑sobriquet muse.
When multiple players choose the same muse, the outcome will be a group date.
If there are any masc‑sobriquet muses that were not selected or rejected fem-sobriquet muses, they must remain in Heart♡Land but are free to mingle with other lonely hearts.
Players may write out these events if they wish but keep in mind it will be edited by production and broadcast nationally on TV. </aside>

EPISODE THREE — DIRECTIONS

OPTIONAL : Players with masc-sobriquet named muse may freely choose from the femme-sobriquet named muses for the next set of dates.
If a femme-sobriquet named muse is selected by multiple muses, they must pick their top choice to go on a date with.
Rejected muses and those who did not get selected must stay in Heart♡Land but may mingle among themselves.
Players may write out these events if they wish but keep in mind it will be edited by production and broadcast nationally on TV. </aside>
